ORDER, DELIVERY TIME & OPTIONS

  • Can I order directly on the website?

    – Yes, you can order directly on our La Aurelia webshop

  • How long is the delivery time?

    – 1 – 1,5 weeks, also at the retail stores and their webshops.

  • Can I also buy in a retail store?

    – We have retail stores who sells our wallpapers. Click here to find out where your nearest dealer is.

CUSTOMIZATION

  • Is it possible to order a different size as mentioned on the website?

    – Yes, you can order the size you need.Ask for a quotation:

    Send us the following details. We will email you a price quote, together with a visual of the customized design. Customization costs are € 150,- for an unique walldesign.

SAMPLES

  • Can I order Samples?

    – We offer A4-samples of our Wallpaper-designs for € 5,- per sample (shipment in NL included). You can order your sample in our webshop

PAYMENT TYPES

We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. For Dutch customers we accept also payments with IDEAL. The payments are handled by a secure service provider. La Aurelia does not handle any card information

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Can I return the wallpaper?-  If you are not satisfied with the wallpaper please contact us and we will try to help you in any way we can. Customized wallpaper is made to fit your wall which means it cannot be returned.

Always check the wallpaper before hanging and follow the included instructions. If an error is found, please contact us. (we will require photos of the error/problem). It is important that you have not started hanging because we’re unable to reimburse installation costs or problems from incorrect wallpaper hanging.

It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use adhesive or an adhesive that is designed specifcally for non-woven or seamless wallpapers such as La Aurelia Paste Pro Adhesive. Ask us or your local dealer.
