- Can I order directly on the website?
– Yes, you can order directly on our La Aurelia webshop
- How long is the delivery time?
– 1,5 – 2 weeks, also in the retail stores and their webshops.
- Can I also buy in a retail store?
– We have retail stores with our products in the Netherlands and Europe. Click here to find out where your nearest dealer is.
We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. For Dutch customers we accept also payments with IDEAL. The payments are handled by a secure service provider. La Aurelia does not handle any card information
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Can I return the wallpaper?
– If you are not satisfied with the wallpaper please contact us and we will try to help you in any way we can. Customized wallpaper is made to fit your wall which means it cannot be returned.
Always check the wallpaper before hanging and follow the included instructions. If an error is found, please contact us. (we will require photos of the error/problem). It is important that you have not started hanging because we’re unable to reimburse installation costs or problems from incorrect wallpaper hanging.
